Celestite – also called ‘Celestine’ – is a type of mineral made of strontium sulfate which was names for the Latin ‘coelestis’, meaning ‘heavenly’, due its signature pale blue hue and its delicate makeup. Celestite is good for workings related to spirit work, projection, and the afterlife realm.

Crystals kept in a rough or raw form offer the purest form of its energy. Raw crystals will gently radiate their natural energetic signature wherever they sit. These particular lots range in size (with lots of variation due to its raw form) from approximately 1.5″ to approximately 2.75″ in width, with Lot 1 having the smallest specimens and Lot 3 having the largest specimens.

💡 The Witch’s Recommendations: I find celestite to be especially wonderful for ancestor work, spirit work, and past life work. It seems to be a stone which is intimately connected to the soul’s journey, but especially in the way of those who have already passed on and look back on your life up to this point. In particular, when I’m feeling grief resurfacing in regards to missing my loved ones who have passed on, I reach for this stone and spend a bit of time with it, asking that my loved ones reach out and connect with me as I do. This seems to help enhance the awareness of their presence and the inherent connection between us.
