Description
Moldavite is a rare green tektite formed by meteorite impact in Southern Germany which was named for the Vlatava River (Moldau River in German) in Bohemia, where the first Moldavite was found. Moldavite is pretty well known for its fierce, transformative energies. Many people find them to be too strong for their tastes, particularly if they have a lot of shadow work in need of addressing. Moldavite is especially good for work related to awakening and, naturally, the galactic realm.
Crystals kept in a rough or raw form offer the purest form of its energy. Raw crystals will gently radiate their natural energetic signature wherever they sit. This particular lot varies greatly in size between approximately 0.58″ and approximately 0.87″.
The Witch’s Recommendations: Moldavite is some powerful stuff. I had a lot of movement in my life the moment I took it in, and I wire-wrapped it to wear for a brief period before deciding it was far too much energy to wear on a daily basis. These days, it moves between my main working altar and my inspiration altar which sits nearest to wear I work throughout the day, depending on how much of its energy I’d like to work with at the time.
